  • Any member of your support staff who has completed his/her probationary period is a likely candidate for the Level 3 Certificate
  • Any member of your support staff who has completed 1-2 years as a Teaching/Support Assistant is a likely candidate for the Level 3 Diploma.

  • The QCF Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools is recommended for your senior assistants as a possible bridge to HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) course.
