Custodial Care NVQ Level 3

  • We highly recommend any Establishment offering Custodial Care to consider a Level 3 Award to its entire support staff.
  • Any member of custodial staff who has completed his/her probationary period is a likely candidate for Level 3.
  • Level 3 is also recommended for senior officers and team leaders.
  • Those who have previous experience working in custodial environments or similar will have accumulated even more knowledge, skills and experience to do a Level 3 qualification.
  • Our experience has shown that many members of staff in custodial provision usually have additional and extra curricular responsibilities. Such responsibilities require the skills and aptitude required to provide the evidence and knowledge base for the Level 3 units.
